AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

WHAT ABOUT THE IF?
Greetings Dear and precious saints of God and welcome back to this exciting and empowering study of the Bible Book of Isaiah. It is empowering only if we receive it, believe it, mix it with faith, and declare it in our lives. Please take a moment and share this teaching and all others as widely as possible to extend our reach with the good news. The featured picture today is of Donna and I waiting for a table at County Line, a BBQ place here in San Antonio. Looks like this is becoming one of our go to places.
Over several years I have written of the desire of many in the body of Christ to see the Power of God in manifestation. Many are looking for the manifestation of God in every area of their own lives as well as the lives of the people around them. When that is not seen then many false doctrines have arisen to make us comfortable. These traditions and doctrines of demons help us be comfortable with our lack of love (agape), lack of faith, lack of perseverance, and the lack of rightly dividing the Word of God. We have not seen a Ministry in the earth that does all the works Jesus did and the greater works. These will be present in abundance at the Catching Away of the Church. Let me explain. We have seen healing ministries spring up for a season and die out. We have seen salvation ministries come and go. And, we have seen Ministries of good works like digging wells or building schools and so on. We have seen awakenings, revivals, and marvelous moves of God like Azusa Street, all which died out. Have we seen all of this plus the greater works in one package?
Some point back to “moves of God” from the past, however, our future is not in the past. Those moves of God died out which is never the will of God and they did not get the job done. Getting the job done means transforming our community, our State, our nation, and the world, facilitating the return of Christ. The return of Christ is not independent of the Church. We believers, not just a person here and there, are to be doing the works Jesus did (all of them) and the greater works. The “greater works” is the taking back of the wealth in the earth, and taking back the gates, the culture of the seven pillars of society. Come on Church, let’s awake, arise, and triumph in Christ, facilitating the return of Christ! Now, let’s turn our attention to the Book of Isaiah and our primary Bible text. Continue to read aloud, yes, out loud. Remember that faith comes by hearing not seeing, and it is impossible to please God without faith.
Isaiah 1:19-20 (KJV)
19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
Yesterday I left off speaking about the phrase “If ye be willing and obedient”. Do you suppose any of this has to do with why we are not seeing the end time move of God through and among His people? Being willing and obedient is a choice, we see that by the little word “if”. God is not controlling us and making us willing and obedient. If that was the case this thing would have been wrapped up long ago. And God is not making some people unwilling and disobedient and others willing and obedient. That is a blasphemous thought against our loving God. The word “obedience” in our text has to do with hearing with intelligence and doing. We are not hearers only. Listen to the following Bible translation (you are still reading out loud, right?).
Isaiah 1:19 (YLT)
19 If ye are willing, and have hearkened, The good of the land ye consume,
Some translations imply that this willingness and obedience is relegated to obtaining good food, but it is not, it refers to all things in the earth. After all it is all ours.
Psalm 115:16 (KJV)
16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.
1 Corinthians 3:21-22 (KJV)
21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;
22 Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours;
Is this Bible? Are we going to have to change our thoughts, words, and actions to fulfill Isaiah 1:19? Will this be comfortable at first? The key to the correct answers is are yes, yes, and no.

20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
