AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

WILLING AND OBEDIENT
Greetings Dear and precious saints of God and welcome back to this exciting and empowering study of the Bible Book of Isaiah. It is only empowering if we receive it, believe it, mix it with faith, and then declare it into our lives. Please take a moment and share this teaching and all others as widely as possible to extend our reach with the good news. The beautiful picture featured today is provided by our good friend and man of God, Joe Getchell Jr. Over several years I have written of the desire in the body of Christ to see the Power of God in manifestation. Many are looking for the manifestation of God in every area of their own lives as well as the lives of the people around us. When that is not seen then many false doctrines have arisen to make us comfortable. Comfortable with our lack of love (agape), lack of faith, lack of perseverance, and the lack of rightly dividing the Word of God. A major problem, impediment to the end time move of God (will not be and never has been independent of His people), is that many if not most see no need for change. Even those that do see or voice a need for change are not changing.
We have not seen a complete Ministry in the earth. These will be present in abundance at the Catching Away of the Church. Let me explain. We have seen healing ministries spring up for a season and die out. We have seen salvation ministries come and go. And, we have seen Ministries of good works like digging wells or building schools and so on. We have seen awakenings, revivals, and marvelous moves of God like Azusa Street, all which died out. Have we seen all of this in one package? When will we get the revelation that we are to be like Jesus doing all that He did and the greater works.
Acts 10:38 (KJV)
38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. (Bold added)
Some point back to “moves of God” from the past, however, our future is not in the past. Those moves of God died out which is never the will of God and they did not get the job done. That is, they didn’t transform our world and facilitate the return of Christ. Dear ones the Church of Jesus Christ is going to take back the culture, control the seven gates of society, and rigorousness will again reign. The return of Christ nor this coming transformation from wickedness to righteousness independent of the Church. We believers, not just a person here and there, are to be doing the works Jesus did (all of them) and the greater works. The “greater works” is the taking back of the wealth in the earth, and taking back the gates, the culture of the seven pillars of society. Come on Church, let’s awake, arise, and triumph in Christ, facilitating the return of Christ! Now, let’s turn our attention to the Book of Isaiah and our primary Bible text. Continue to read aloud, yes, out loud. Remember that faith comes by hearing not seeing, and it is impossible to please God without faith.
Isaiah 1:19-20 (KJV)
19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
When I finished yesterday’s teaching, I asked; are we truly willing and obedient? Do we truly think we are willing and obedient but due to ignorance are in fact not obedient? Are we failing to seek after the Lord with a whole heart by not studying to show ourselves approved unto God? Do we just take other people’s word for it and not put our eyes upon at least two witnesses in Scripture to establish all things? Look dear ones the benefits that are freely available to us do not just drop on us and they are not for later (in Glory). We must receive them by faith, in love, led of the Holy Spirit. Then if we are not truly willing and obedient the spicket of the manifestation of God in our life will be very restricted. I don’t know about you but I want a wide-open fire hose into my life of the manifestations of God. Therefore, I am intent in examining my life before God with an open heart fully expecting Him to teach me about true willingness and obedience.
From our text the word “willing” does not just mean that we give consent or assent to a particular command of God but that we have a genuine heart felt desire to do it. Without this can we ever really be obedient? Like us as natural children or observing in our own natural children we or they do as ask but not with genuine desire to do it. As we observe this in our children or others, does it give us a good feeling? Does it give God a good feeling to observe that in us? What is the benefit of being willing and obedient? We eat the good of the land! Am I, are you eating the good of the land? This is not just talking about food but all things available in the earth. Listen to the following verse.
1 Timothy 6:17 (KJV)
17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; (Bold added)
This verse is telling us not to trust in the world system but the Kingdom of God and that our God is giving us richly or in abundance ALL things to enjoy. Rebuke that poverty, good enough for me, spirit in the name of Jesus! Let me ask this. Who are the rightful owners of the whole earth anyway? Is it the righteous or the heathen? You and I own it all dear ones. So, what is the problem? Could it be our lack of willingness and obedience to the Word of God?

2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
