TIME FRAME SIX
THE CATCHING AWAY TO THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST
Greetings dear partners and friends and welcome back to this most fascinating Bible Study of “Life in Heaven”. As I have pointed out many times in the course of this study and likely bears pointing out again that many of the things, I bring into our thinking, our imaginations cannot be directly supported by a specific chapter and verse in the Bible. Having said that let me say that I believe that everything expressed in these teaching is consistent or does not violate the whole counsel of Scripture and is in line with the character of God and the spiritual laws of God. We know way more about Heaven than we think and way more than you have ever heard about in Church. I hope that these teachings have expanded our knowledge, our thinking, and our imaginations causing our spirit man to jump with joy and excitement. God had me subdivide this study into eight time-frames or what some might call dispensations and I am now in the midst of the sixth time-frame. This is the time from the Catching away, commonly called the Rapture when we meet Him in the air, to the Second Coming of Christ Jesus when He touches down on the Mount of Olives and established a 1000-year reign in this present earth.
- Eternity before Genesis 1:1
- Genesis 1:1 to 1:2 (may have been billions of years)
- Genesis 1:3 to Genesis 3:6 the Day of Sin and Death
- Genesis 3:6 to Jesus putting His Blood on the Mercy Seat
- Resurrection to the Rapture
- Rapture or Catching Away to the Second Coming
- One Thousand Year Reign
- Eternity Future
There is much going on in this time of the wrath of God and the Lamb however that can be said of all the other time-frames as well. This is a time of wrath on the peoples of the earth who have rejected Jesus, but a wonderful exhilarating time for those who are caught away to Heaven. In the midst of this wrath there is also great mercy as we have seen in prior teachings many will be saved and resurrected to Heaven out of the Great Tribulation by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony. Lots of new arrivals in this latter part of the Tribulation and that means we who have gone before will have various assignments concerning them.
Of course, upon the Catching Away when hundreds of millions of Christians arrive in Heaven simultaneously there will be a great uptick in the work of those already there. The wonderful thing is that independent of time and independent of evil impedance no one will be breaking a sweat. Sweat of the brow is under the curse and we Christians in the earth should be free of that as well as we walk in God’s plan. Our own plan will likely have lots of sweat and heartache. The phrase “don’t sweat it” has its origins with God. This is all tied up with fear (worry) and the idea that once we have done our part, God won’t do His part. Sweating of any kind (emotional or physical) is not a part of my present nor will it be a part of my future, what about you?
The final judgment of the world system occurs at a great battle at the very end of the Tribulation period called Armageddon (Revelation 16:16). Jesus Himself leads this battle. Some might say this is the first step of establishing the Millennial Reign, suffice to say at the least it is the interface between the Tribulation and the Millennial Reign.
Joel 3:1-2 (KJV)
1 For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem,
2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.
Revelation 16:16 (KJV)
16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
This is a time of great judgment of the nations in the earth and of Israel. Notice this final battle of Armageddon, in the valley of Megiddo, is in Israel as Satan makes one last attempt at genocide of the Jewish people. This is a terrible time for Israel and for the whole earth. According to Zechariah only one-third of the population of Israel will survive this holocaust brought by the Anti-Christ at the direction of Satan, that old dragon. There are approximately six million Jews in Israel so this means that four million will be butchered in this final judgment of Israel.
Zechariah 13:8-9 (KJV)
8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.
Lord willing, I will pick up right here next Sunday. Until our next publication, confess the following passage and walk before Whom we have to do with great rejoicing and thanksgiving. This physical body is our humiliation but soon it will be no more for the glory of God and our eternal benefit.
