A WELL OF TRUTH
AS THE MASTER – PART FOUR
Greetings dear and precious friends and partners of this Ministry, Eastern Gate Ministries International, Inc. Welcome back to “A Well of Truth”. Before I delve back into our topic “As the Master – Part Four”, please take a moment and share these teachings as widely as possible to expand our reach with the gospel, the Truth. It has always been imperative that we know and do the Truth and that has not changed in the millennia since the creation, or since Christ. The will of God is unchanging from creation to this very moment and forever. Our topic being “As the Master” is referring to Jesus and His Ministry in the earth. Most people do not believe that we can be as Jesus, the man, in His Ministry in the earth. In fact, many don’t even believe that Jesus became as an Anointed man, operating as a man, and not God, in the earth. However, that is not what the Bible says about both these Truths, and the Bible is our source of Truth. Listen to Jesus (you are reading out loud, right?) in the following verse.
John 14:12 (KJV)
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
Jesus, the Head of the Church, says that if we believe on Him, we are commanded to do the works He did and even greater works. The condition is believing on Him, being fully persuaded, and the commands (not a suggestion) are to do what He did and greater works than He did, in His earthly Ministry. Why? He has gone to the Father and once again has given us His full authority and the Blessing to back up this authority exercised according to His will. Has this Truth been stolen from the Church? Since the creation of man, there is no example in the Bible of God acting in the earth independent of a man (or woman). I am spending so much time on this authority issue so that we get it down within us that we are the captains of the ship be it good or bad. We determine. We will never move out to do the works of the man Jesus or the greater works if we don’t know that we have authority and the Power of God backing us up. Go back and read John 14:12 above and then read the following passage.
1 John 4:17-18 (KJV)
17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. (Bold added)
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
Do we believe this? Is this Bible? As He, Jesus is right now at the right Hand of the Father is how we are right now in the earth! Do we dare believe this? We better if we want to hear “well done, good and faithful servant” from our Lord. I added verse eighteen to amplify the Truth that we must get fear out and we do that by exercising love (agape). Love is a heart issue and it is the power of our faith. It is impossible to please the Lord without faith. Dear ones, we cannot go any further in the Kingdom of God than our love walk. Our faith is only as powerful as our love walk. Love has everything to do with the motives of our heart. Is it all about me or is it about you? If it is about me, I will continue to wallow around in the curse completely confused. However, if my motives are about you (selfless) I will walk in the Blessing big time. Now, let’s look at another Scripture which amplifies the authority we have in the earth.
Matthew 16:19 (NLT)
19 And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.”
Who is determining what happens in the earth? Is it you and me or Heaven? It is you and me! Whatever is going on in our lives our areas of jurisdiction are in accordance with our authority. We have given permission in one way or another. Heaven, God, backs up our permission or forbidding, be it the will of God or not. It is not the will of God that the curse run rampant or at all in our lives but if we permit it, God permits it. Why, we have the authority. We permit or even invite the curse into our lives by our thoughts and the words of our mouth spoken in faith. Keep in mind we can have faith in the Word of God (highly recommended) or in the words of demons (not recommended). We choose!
Lord willing, I will pick up right here next week. Also, remember, we love you and there is nothing you can do about it.
2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
