AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

Greetings dear and precious saints of God and welcome back to this Anointed study of the Book of Isaiah. God is so good dear ones to give us His Word, to show us Himself, and how we are to walk. Of course, we have freewill and we can choose Gods’ wonderful and abundant path or the devil’s path of destruction. We think we are choosing our own path but that is the height of deception, either self-deception or deception of the devils. Before we move on further, please take a moment and share these teachings as widely as possible. The featured picture today was taken last fall on a day of leaf peeping and fellowship with wonderful friends. We cannot say it often enough, our God is just so good! I am writing this on the 25th of October and last evening we had the privilege of attending A Night to Honor Israel at Cornerstone Church here in San Antonio. It dovetails right into our Scripture for today. Honoring Israel which is to bless them (to highly value) and minister to them in the carnal things (yes, money) comes with God’s Word that He will bless us. That blessing comes to nations, groups (like the Church), and individuals.
Genesis 12:1-3 (KJV)
1 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
This applies to us for we are Abraham’s seed.
Galatians 3:29 (KJV)
29 And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
We have a duty, each and every one of us to minister one way or another to the Jewish people. Each of us will answer to God as to what we did with this responsibility and privilege to bless the Jewish people and minister to them in the carnal things.
Romans 15:27 (KJV)
27 It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things.
To take the position that we New Testament believers have no connection and no obligation to the Jews and Israel is a grave mistake. There are no neutral middle ground dear saints. Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary Isaiah Bible text and continue reading aloud
Isaiah 7:4-9 (KJV)
4 And say unto him, Take heed, and be quiet; fear not, neither be fainthearted for the two tails of these smoking firebrands, for the fierce anger of Rezin with Syria, and of the son of Remaliah.
5 Because Syria, Ephraim, and the son of Remaliah, have taken evil counsel against thee, saying,
6 Let us go up against Judah, and vex it, and let us make a breach therein for us, and set a king in the midst of it, even the son of Tabeal:
7 Thus saith the Lord GOD, It shall not stand, neither shall it come to pass.
8 For the head of Syria is Damascus, and the head of Damascus is Rezin; and within threescore and five years shall Ephraim be broken, that it be not a people.
9 And the head of Ephraim is Samaria, and the head of Samaria is Remaliah’s son. If ye will not believe, surely ye shall not be established.
Evil counsel must be recognized by us all immediately. Remember that evil counsel can come from withing the Church. There is no upside to evil counsel nor in vexing Judah. Let us recall that Judah is the tribe of King David and the tribe of Jesus, the Lion of Judah. Jehovah God tells the King of Judah that he will not be conquered (at least not in this attack). However, He tells him (King Ahaz of Judah), Israel, and Syria that Israel and Syria are working on a very limited clock of judgement, justice. They will exist no more as a people in 85 years. Of course, in all of this time repentance, a change of heart was possible but they did not choose that course. When we get off course and God in His mercy show us by any one of various ways, what have we chosen. Have we chosen to harden our hearts, stiffen our necks, or humbly seek repentance and take the path of righteousness?
Lord willing, I will pick up right here tomorrow. Remember, we love you and there is nothing you can do about it.
2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
