FRIDAY NUGGETS
FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT – EVEN MORE ABOUT PEACE

Greetings dear and precious saints of God and those who are not yet saints. Become a saint today if you are not, simply repeat the following verse putting it in the first person and in your own hearing.
Romans 10:9 (KJV)
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Simply say out loud: I declare Jesus as Lord of my life and I believe in my heart that God has raised Him from the dead, I receive salvation, I am saved. Welcome to the Light, the Kingdom of God. Send us your testimony.
As I move forward, please take a moment and share this teaching as widely as possible by every means available to you. Thank you so much for sharing. Now, let’s move to our primary text for the study of the fruits of the spirit. Today I will be continuing our study of the fruit of peace. However much I have to say about peace there will be much left to be said. Please continue to read out loud.
Galatians 5:22-23 (KJV)
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
This week we will continue to look at the six aspects of peace, a fruit of our spirit. A duplicate albeit undeveloped of the Fathers’. From our primary text the Greek word transliterated to English as peace is eirēnē meaning (to join), prosperity, one, quietness, rest, and to be set at one again (with God) according to Strong’s Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary.
Last Friday I talked about the first of the six, to join. We agreed, I hope, that Christ Jesus is far and away the most import person to be joined with. Are we joined with Jesus in purpose, direction, and methods? Are we walking in all the Word that we know to be the Truth. Or perhaps we are walking in the traditions of men, doctrines of demons or following after feelings which are not the Truth and take us far from the Saviors side. Please do not assume that everything you believe is the Truth. Let’s ask ourselves on a regular basis why we believe what we believe and where is that in the Bible in multiple places in full context?
My mother used to have a saying, “if you’re so smart why aren’t you rich?” Perhaps you are in the doctrine of demons/traditions of men camp that says we, the Church are not supposed to be rich in material things or that some are just appointed of God to be poor. Have you ever considered that God does not have any money? He needs you to have some to get things done in the earth. No, God is not a thief, nor a counterfeiter. Poverty or just enough is not Bible, it is not the will of God for any person in the family, the Kingdom of God, period. Just because Christians are in poverty or have just enough does not make it the will of God, it means they are out of the will of God and believe other words.
Let’s move to the next aspect of peace which is prosperity. I suspect the poverty, just enough, devils are in a full-blown fit about now. Your ministry is in your excess. No excess, not Ministry. The Bible is full of prosperity, perhaps you can provide me with some of the poverty Scriptures.
Proverbs 10:22 (KJV)
22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.
This is not talking about spiritual richness but hard cash. Do the study and research to see the Truth. What did Jesus tell those around Him after the “rich young ruler left”?
Mark 10:29-30 (KJV)
29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s,
30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
We see here that Jesus makes a clear distinction between wealth in this life and in the one to come. As I close today, where are the poverty verses in the first fourteen verses of Deuteronomy twenty-eight? There are none! Poverty is under the curse, which comes into our life not by the will of God but by our disobedience, rebellion against the will of God.
Lord willing, I will continue next week on the topic of peace.

PRAYERS AND QUESTIONS – please contact us and we will respond. Our goal is to build a solid foundation upon which children of God can become sons of God, stand and do exploits in Jesus’ name.
PARTNERSHIP AND GIVING – Those of you who are not Partners of this Ministry and you find this ministry to be of value to you and perhaps others with whom you share it, we ask you to consider becoming Partners. A Partner is one who prays for the Ministry on a regular basis and contributes to the Ministry on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually).
