FROM THE PROPHETS CHAMBER – WEEK FIFTY
ALIGHT WITHOUT A CAUSE

Proverbs 26:2 (KJV)
2 As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.
Greetings dear and precious saints of God, my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. If you are not in Christ Jesus, get in Christ Jesus right now, choose life and Heaven, put death and Hell in the rearview mirror.
Romans 10:9-10 (KJV)
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
If you just received Jesus as Lord and Savior believing that God raised Him from the dead send us a note sharing the good news. Now let’s shift our attention back to the following verse.
Proverbs 26:2 (KJV)
2 As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.
This verse is telling us in simple language that there is always a reason or cause for the presence of the curse in our lives. If you are not familiar with what is part of the curse just read Deuteronomy 28 starting at verse fourteen.
Deuteronomy 28:14-15 (KJV)
14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
You will see that the door is opened when we turn aside to other words (not of God) to serve other gods. Believe me I don’t know why anyone would want any part of the curse if they knew how to prevent it. The prevention can be found in the first few verses of Deuteronomy twenty-eight.
Deuteronomy 28:1-2 (KJV)
1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.
If we do this, exactly, not a little here and a little there, the curse has no entry point.
John 14:30 (KJV)
30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
How could Jesus say this? He had overcome every temptation and was without sin. No sin, no curse in our life, period. We might think, “I can’t do that”. To sin or not is a choice that we make every moment of every day. If Jesus could be without sin, then we can be without sin or He is a liar.
John 14:12 (KJV)
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
So, who is the liar? Let us like Jesus say that the prince of this world comes to us but there is no place for him in me!
1 John 2:3-6 (KJV)
3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
Lord willing, I will have another fresh Word from the Throne next week.
2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as your Bible Teacher and a Prophetic Voice in your life I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, doubt it not, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus’ name!
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
