GIFTS – PART THIRTY-FOUR
SALVATION

Greetings dear and precious saints of God, friends and partners of this Ministry. Also, welcome back to this Friday series titled “Gifts”, I am now on week thirty-four and the subtitle is “Salvation”. Where ever you are reading this please take a few moments and share these teachings as widely as possible. God is good dear ones, let other people know the wonderful news. You may have noticed the phrase “AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH” has been added to the header and as you finish the study you will notice the addition of 2 Chronicles 20:20 the b portion of the verse. I believe the Lord has quickened me to add these and they will be a standard part of The Three Minute Word. The Lord gave me the phrase “Awake, Arise, and Triumph” many years ago now and I wrote two books with those words as the main title. The Church as a whole was sound asleep then and have not awakened, slumbering on, quite oblivious to the Truth. Nothing demonstrates this fact more than the Churches response to this Pandemic. Oh my, it is embarrassing.
However, there is a remnant arising who will bring the largest awakening the world has ever seen, then the end will come. The organized, traditional, Church will not awaken just as they did not awaken when Jesus walked the earth. These are like the “five foolish virgins”. The “Awake” part of this phrase has to do with awakening to our sin. The “Arise” part of this phrase has to do with us arising once we have awakened to our sin and have repented, tearing down those high places (thoughts, words, and ways that we exalted above the thoughts, words, and ways of God). Once we have done these things, awakened, repented of and discarded wrong thoughts, words, and ways, we can truly walk in triumph.
This life and the one to follow can be wonderful beyond compare with Jesus, not so much without Jesus. No matter how exciting and wonderful your life may be right now, if you are not born again it will tragically and unnecessarily become horrible for eternity when your eyes are closed in natural death. This is not a fairy tale, Heaven and Hell are very real places. There is a coming judgment and each of us will answer for what we have done (and not repented of) in this life one day. When this mortal body ceases to live the home where we will spend eternity will be either Heaven or Hell. Heaven or Hell are the only two destinations upon death, any other ideas or pontifications are mythical (lies of the devil).
Man did not need a Savior upon his creation but provision was already in place to redeem mankind should they decide, by their exercise of freewill, to sin. It is an abominable blasphemy to suggest that God, our wonderful loving God, created us to sin and for billions to perish. How sick an idea. The fact that individuals possess freewill, and full control (authority) in their individual lives is in full evidence from the beginning. The Bible is full of people making great choices by their own will in obedience to God and awful choices by their own will in disobedience to God. God does not now and has never made anyone do anything either good or evil. Neither the concepts of love or obedience can exist in the absence of free choice. Our Heavenly Father made provision for mankind should they choose to sin; He made a way back. The way out of messes and the way back to God is always repentance. This provision, this buy back, the return of eternal life to mankind would require the death (physical and spiritual) of the Lamb who is Jesus, the Word.
Revelation 13:8 (KJV)
8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
The word ‘foundation’ means founding or foundation, however, the root word means to throw down or cast down. Jesus was the Word in eternity past, in Genesis 1:1. Genesis 1:2 is a picture of the destruction brought about when sin was found in Lucifer and he was cast down to the earth. Between Genesis 1:1 and 1:3 a decision was made for a creation including a man in the image and likeness of God. A creation (man) that would be a partaker of the divine nature of God. We were and are of like kind, the divine nature, we are family with God. Before someone gets in a twist, we are not big ‘G’ gods but little ‘g’ gods, none the less sharing in His divine nature. Just as we plan for possible future events that we hope never come so did our God plan for the total redemption of mankind should they fall (sin). It was never the will of God that we exercise our authority, our freewill to sin.
2 Peter 3:9 (KJV)
9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (bold added
So, who chooses who perishes (goes to Hell or suffers the curse)? We do! Each one of us individually. Notice what Jesus told Nicodemus.
John 3:18 (KJV)
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Let us mediate on these things which determines the quality and circumstances of our lives here and our rewards and position in eternity. Without Jesus, “the only begotten Son of God” things go from bad to worse (way, way, worse) when we die.
2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
