TIME FRAME SIX
THE CATCHING AWAY TO THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST
Wow! Another Sunday is upon us, the Lord is so good. One more day, one more week to push the Kingdom of God forward in and by the name of Jesus. God is not the prime agent expanding the Kingdom of God. That is our job dear saints! We have been delegated the authority in the earth, we have dominion over all the earth and we are the rightful owners (are joint-heirs) of everything in the earth. In addition to authority, God has given us His Blessing (empowerments) to do the job and do it right with excellence and in abundance. So, what is the holdup? As you know, the Lord gave for me to divide this study into eight time-frames and we are currently discussing the sixth time-frame.
- Eternity before Genesis 1:1
- Genesis 1:1 to 1:2 (may have been billions of years)
- Genesis 1:3 to Genesis 3:6 the Day of Sin and Death
- Genesis 3:6 to Jesus putting His Blood on the Mercy Seat
- Resurrection to the Rapture
- Rapture or Catching Away to the Second Coming
- One Thousand Year Reign
- Eternity Future
Much is going on in this time-frame, however, it seems that is the case in all time-frames. Hopefully, this will put to bed the idea of eternal rest as in doing no work but instill the idea of rest as in entering fully and eternally into the provisions of God. You and I are on assignment in the earth right now and we will have a variety of assignments down through eternity. These assignments will be in line with the talents and gifts we have been given from the instant of our conception. Keep in mind that because we have this mindset particularly in America that we can be whatever we want to be, our assignments in eternity may not be the same as we are oriented and trained in our callings. For the Christian it is imperative that we recognize the talents and gifts that are within us and generally bring us great satisfaction. It is equally imperative that we seek the face of the Lord for what He would have us to do in the earth. Other talents and gifts will be uncovered and brought into view as we are obedient to the Lord. We may think we don’t have what is needed to do what God is calling us to do. If He has called us, He has empowered us, therefore we can and must focus on operating in our talents and gifts on a supernatural level not a natural level. Now, back to the Tribulation and the battle of all battles up to that time, Armageddon. You will notice and probably already have noticed that the Tribulation centers around Jerusalem, much like the tribulations of today. Let us again review the following Scripture.
Joel 3:1-2 (KJV)
1 For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem,
2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.
Notice this is about what the world’s people, systems, have done regarding the Jewish people who God refers to as “my people” and He refers to the land as His as well with the phrase “my heritage Israel” and “my land”. Unfortunately, there will be a two-state solution in Israel which is wrong and brings judgment. It will not only be the nations that participate in the parting or dividing of the land of Israel but Israel itself will agree to the parting of the land. Therefore, the judgment is not just upon the nations but upon Israel.
Revelation 16:16 (KJV)
16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
This is a time of great judgment of the nations in the earth and of Israel. Notice this final battle of Armageddon, in the valley of Megiddo, is in Israel as Satan makes one last attempt at genocide of the Jewish people. This is a terrible time for Israel and for the whole earth. According to Zechariah only one-third of the population of Israel will survive this holocaust brought by the Anti-Christ by the direction of Satan, that old dragon. There are approximately six million Jews in Israel so this means that four million will be butchered in this final judgment of Israel.
Zechariah 13:8-9 (KJV)
8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.
Verse eight (new beginning for Israel) tells us that two-thirds of the Jewish people will continue to be rebellious and perish however one-third will (verse nine) recognize the Messiah and declare “The LORD is my God.” The number nine indicates divine completeness. Lord willing, I will pick up right here next Sunday.
Until our next publication, confess the following passage and walk before Whom we have to do with great rejoicing and thanksgiving. This physical body is our humiliation but soon it will be no more for the glory of God and our eternal benefit.
John 14:1-4 (KJV)
1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
