AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

THE PLACE OF SAFETY – PART TWENTY-FIVE
Greetings dear friends and precious partners of this Ministry and The Three Minute Word blog. Welcome and thank you for joining us once again for the Saturday Bible Study series. Please take a moment to share this teaching as widely as possible to spread the reach of the Truth beyond where we alone can reach. Thank you. God is so good to give us His Word so that we walk not in the dark but in the light. How many of us would venture into the dark, the night, without a light source? Yet Christians cavalierly race down the road of life walking in spiritual darkness and not looking for or using the light source (Word of God and Holy Spirit) to guide them.
Remember our Wednesday evening Bible Study on Zoom at 6 pm eastern time. I am teaching about “The Rising Remnant” and future teaching will include God’s Original Intent, The Kingdom Lost, The Kingdom Regained, and What is our Mission Now. The Lord is taking us into wonderful places and quickening our hearts to be more and more like Him. Come filled with expectancy. Expect God to bring answers, expect God to touch whatever in your life needs the Blessing. I for one am feed up with the curse, let us resist the curse and fully embrace the Blessing. It is our faith that makes us whole. Faith comes by hearing and (spiritual) hearing by the Word of God. There can be no awakening, no great harvest, without a significant heart change among the people of God. God is going to have an end-time people, are we going to choose to have a part? Now, let’s launch into our Bible Study for today concerning “The Place of Safety” and continue to meditate the 23rd Psalm.
Psalm 23:1-6 (KJV)
1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
This Psalm is a favorite for many even the unsaved. As we go through this teaching or any other be very aware that safety can be absolute in Christ Jesus but only in total obedience. I think everyone highly values safety, not only feeling safe, but in fact being safe. There are many things we do in the natural to enhance our safety like fastening our seat belt, locking our doors, having an alarm system, even a gun for self-defense. Yet, with all of this we are not entirely safe. The only place of absolute safety is in Christ Jesus in total obedience to the Word of God and a keen ear for the leadership of the Holy Spirit. Breaking the law of the land, even laws we don’t like, or not complying with duly constituted authority, even rules or mandates with which we disagree, is sin and takes one outside of God’s protections. Laws of the land are things like speed limits, rules or mandates are things like wearing the mask. Even if wearing the mask were based on a false assumption, which it is not, it is still sin to not wear the mask. This is Christianity 101 dear ones, let’s be a blessing to our elected officials not a curse. Let’s be good citizens of the Kingdom and good citizens of our nation, state, and community.
As we look at verse four of our text, what is the basis for no fear and being comforted?
Psalm 23:4 (KJV)
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
We are to submit ourselves to the Shepherd not the ways of the world. We are to maintain ourselves on the righteous path and not the unrighteous paths of the world. Unrighteous paths include following after the traditions of men, and doctrines of demons. Are we totally submitted to the Good Shepherd, Jesus our Lord, or do we have one foot in the Kingdom of God and one foot in the kingdom of darkness?

2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
