EVEN MORE ABOUT THOUGHTS
Video link: https://youtu.be/g_Pl7tOdA9Q
Greetings dear and precious children of God and thank you for rejoining this illuminating Bible Study of the Bible Book of Isaiah. God is so good dear ones. He has given us His Book to guide our steps for health and prosperity in every arena of life so that we can have maximal effectiveness in our Kingdom of God work. Dear ones it is so important that we run our race until all given for us to do of the Father in the Kingdom of God is done.
Please take a moment and share this teaching as widely as possible by every means available to you. Thank you for valuing these teachings enough to share them.
The featured picture today is a reminder for us to pray and decree with thanksgiving the will of God concerning every sector of society, especially the Church.
Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text continuing to read out loud.
Isaiah 55:8-11 (KJV)
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
We left off last Thursday speaking about making His thoughts our thoughts and in this way, nothing is impossible to us. All to often, like Adam and Eve in the Garden we will give other thoughts place with disastrous results. From the moment of our new birth (salvation, being born again) we must be diligently about the renewing of our minds crowding out the thoughts of the world and replacing them with the thoughts of God.
Ephesians 4:22-24 (KJV)
22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Did you notice the phrase “spirit of your mind”? Our mind is part of our spirit, the immaterial part of us. Spirit (4th dimension) rules over the natural (3rd dimension). Who is responsible for putting off our former way of thinking, talking, and doing? We are! God, the Holy Spirit, will help but the decision and the effort starts with us. It is part of loving God. Who is responsible for the renewing of the mind? We are! We must consciously and purposefully put on the new man.
Romans 12:2 (KJV)
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
It is a command from the Throne of Heaven for us to not be conformed to this world. The Word of God will transform us but we must decide to think and speak in line with the Word of God and not some admixture (Word and world) that corrupts and brings us into defeat. It is out of our thought life that our spiritual and natural life is created. We can’t go any further in our spiritual life then we can see (imagine) in our mind, have faith for in our mind and then our mouth. We can’t go any further in our natural life than we can see (imagine) in our spirit. Listen to Jesus and keep in mind Jesus is not talking about two separate people.
Matthew 12:34-37 (KJV)
34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
Where do words come from? Words come from our thought life! Are they good or are they evil? Our thoughts effect our bodies and lives and our words effect our bodies and the environment around us. Words are creative, that is evident in the Words of Jesus above.
Lord willing, I will pick up right here tomorrow. Remember, the Lord is good, nothing but good, and He cannot lie.

2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 (KJV)
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
