A WELL OF TRUTH
AS THE MASTER – PART THREE
Greetings dear and precious friends and partners of this Ministry, Eastern Gate Ministries International, Inc. Welcome back to “A Well of Truth”. Before I delve back into our topic “As the Master”, please take a moment and share these teachings as widely as possible to expand our reach with the gospel, the Truth. It has always been imperative that we know and do the Truth and that has not changed in the millennia since the creation, or since Christ. The will of God is unchanging from creation to this very moment and forever. Our topic being “As the Master” is referring to Jesus and His Ministry in the earth. Most people do not believe that we can be as Jesus, the man, in His Ministry in the earth. In fact, many don’t even believe that Jesus became as an Anointed man, operating as a man, and not God, in the earth. However, that is not what the Bible says about both these Truths, and the Bible is our source of Truth. Listen to Jesus (you are reading out loud, right?) in the following verse.
John 14:12 (KJV)
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
Jesus, the Head of the Church, says that if we believe on Him, we are commanded to do the works He did and even greater works. The condition is believing on Him, being fully persuaded, and the commands (not a suggestion) are to do what He did and greater works than He did, in His earthly Ministry. Why? He has gone to the Father and once again has given us His full authority and the Blessing to back up this authority exercised according to His will. Has this Truth been stolen from the Church? Some do not believe we once again walk in the delegated authority of God, but that all authority rests with Jesus. There is no question He is the Head but the whole person, Head and body, have the same authority. We are in Christ Jesus and are joint-heirs, participants in common, in all things. The will of God is unchanging (Malachi 3:6, Hebrews 13:8), it did not change with the Book of Acts or any other place in Scripture.
Matthew 28:18-20 (KJV)
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Last Sunday I left off with verse nineteen with the command for us, not Jesus, to go. When we go as led of Him, we are to teach all peoples about Him, the whole of Scripture, that He gives us to teach. We are to fully immerse them into the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. See this same verse in the Complete Jewish Bible.
Matthew 28:19 (CJB)
19 Therefore, go and make people from all nations into talmidim, immersing them into the reality of the Father, the Son and the Ruach HaKodesh,
Many people assume that the word “baptizing” is talking about water baptism. There is no mention of water in this passage nor the whole chapter for that matter. This is not talking of water baptism. Now, don’t go running for your pitchforks and torches or tar and feathers. Verse twenty goes on to instruct (command) us to teach them in such a way, immerse them into the Triune God, in such a way that they not only learn but do (observe). The word ‘observe’ is not a passive looking on but doing all that is written in the Scripture including John 14:12. Is our God unjust? Would He command something that in Him we were not fully capable of doing? Of course, He is not unjust and we are well able in Him. Continuing to establish that we are the primary authority in the earth. As an aside, there are no words any more authority or more powerful than our own (this includes His Words in our mouth).
Mark 16:15-17 (KJV)
15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
Again, we see the command to go, we are to go (in His name – Colossians 3:17), and we will preach, and in His name, we will cast out devils and so on. Remember, all of this works exactly the same for us as it did for Jesus in the earth.
John 14:10 (KJV)
10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
