JESUS – WORD – SPIRIT – LOVE

Welcome back to these exciting and enlightening teachings about the highest level of knowledge and Divine Truth. Just as you are going nowhere in this natural realm without knowledge, so it is in the spiritual realm as well. The things we observe in this natural realm give us great insight into the spiritual realm.
Romans 1:20 (AMP)
20 For ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature and attributes, that is, His eternal power and divinity, have been made intelligible and clearly discernible in and through the things that have been made (His handiworks). So [men] are without excuse [altogether without any defense or justification],
Now let us turn from our study of knowledge to the study of the truth. Absolute truth is of God and is the unveiled reality concerning all things for all peoples or personalities for all times and demystifies the relationship of our spirit, soul, and body in relationship to God. I think you will find this absolutely fascinating and wonderful. This brings us back to our now familiar Scripture in First Timothy.
1 Timothy 2:4 (KJV)
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
We see here that God not only wants all people to be saved but He also wants all of them to come to the knowledge of the truth which at its core is knowledge of Him. It is the victory that overcomes the enemy 100% of the time, praise the Lord. One day as I was studying and fellowshipping with the Lord, He continued my ongoing education concerning the truth. There are four aspects of the truth, and I will list them with the Scriptures that illustrate this higher Godly knowledge. As we delve into this topic of the truth, we understand that I am not talking about a truth, but I am talking about the Truth. The following definition of the truth is an assemblage of words taken from “The Complete Word Study Dictionary: New Testament.
Truth is reality, purity from all error or falsehood, declaring the existence and will of the one true God, life conformed to the precepts of the gospel, truth is not a type, emblem or shadow, truth always displays integrity. True integrity is a conformity of thought, word, and deed. The Truth is true no matter the circumstances, time, location. The telling of the Truth hides nothing. Another way to put it is as follows; truth is an unveiled reality for the spirit, soul, and body, for all people at all time.
Now, we plunge into the four aspects of Truth, you will recognize immediately that we are dealing with different aspects of God.
First, Jesus is the Truth. He said so Himself.
John 14:6 (KJV)
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Second, the Word of God is the truth.
John 17:17 (KJV)
17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
But who is The Word? Jesus is The Word (John 1:1, 14).
Third, the Holy Spirit is truth.
John 14:17 (KJV)
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
John 16:13 (KJV)
13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
Fourth, love is truth. This one may be a little elusive but if you follow me, I think you will see this truth very clearly. We will start with an Old Covenant reference pointing to the fact that the law is the truth. Jesus is the Word and God is love.
Psalm 119:142 (KJV)
142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.

- It is the will of God for all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the Truth.
- The Truth hides nothing.
- Integrity is conformity of thought, words, and deeds.
- The Truth is Jesus, the Word, the Spirit of Truth, and love.
