INCLINE YOUR EAR
Video link: https://youtu.be/xVD6TAXmpak
Greetings dear and precious saints and welcome back to this insightful study of the wonderful Bible Book of Isaiah. Before we move forward, please take a moment and share this teaching as widely as possible by every means available to you. It is so encouraging to us that you value these teachings enough to share.
God is so good to give us such a wonderful roadmap for our lives. This Book we call the Holy Bible, the Policy and Procedure Manual for Kingdom of God living. A roadmap for an optimal life here and all that comes after here. Opposition comes but we are well equipped in Christ Jesus to repel him and recognize his deceptions. Prosperity in every arena of life is God’s idea. He’s very prosperous you know. He is our Daddy. Scripture says Jesus inherited it all and we are joint-heirs with Him. Awaken dear ones! Why does much of the Church gobble up the poverty suffering gospel? It is a false gospel! One taught to the Church by the world and one further perpetrated in many Churches. The fact that the devils people promote poverty in the Church especially among the clergy should tell us something.
Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible Text in the Book of Isaiah continuing to read out loud.
Isaiah 55:1-5 (ESV)
1 “Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
2 Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which does not satisfy? Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in rich food.
3 Incline your ear, and come to me; hear, that your soul may live; and I will make with you an everlasting covenant, my steadfast, sure love for David.
4 Behold, I made him a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander for the peoples.
5 Behold, you shall call a nation that you do not know, and a nation that did not know you shall run to you, because of the LORD your God, and of the Holy One of Israel, for he has glorified you.
As we move into the third verse and are commanded to incline our ear, to come to hear, I am instantly reminded of the following wonderful passage in Proverbs. We don’t just listen for information but to gain revelation and make what is heard a part of our life. We did this all the time in the world and got the worlds results. What do you say we give the Words of God first place in our lives.
Proverbs 4:20-27 (KJV)
20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
24 Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.
25 Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.
26 Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.
27 Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.
The direction and condition of our lives and our physical bodies is determined by the words (imaginations) we keep in our hearts. Whatever your life or mine is today we have determined by our thoughts, our words, and our actions. How do we see ourselves today and into the future? God had a wonderful plan for each of us, did we walk with Him. Satan had an awful plan for all of us, did we walk with him. Did we lean to our own understanding? Do we now find ourselves far short of the best of God and the worst of the devil, a place of compromise, a place of the mixing of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil?
Lord willing, I will pick up right here tomorrow. Remember Jesus is Lord in our lives, meaning He, His Words are the very highest authority.

2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 (KJV)
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
