JUDE – PART THIRTY-ONE
Greetings dear and precious saints of God and partners with this Ministry to bring the Truth to those with ears to hear in our generation. My Ministry is primarily to the Church, pulpit and pew alike; however, I focus on leadership since that is a part of my calling, to come along side leaders. Some leaders will listen and allow me (God through me) to speak into their lives and others will not. It is not that I know so much, for I do not, but that is how God flows in and through me. Pre-believers reading this teaching are welcome and I invite you to abandon the kingdom of darkness and let the Holy Spirit translate you into the Kingdom of the Son of God quickening you spirit to life again. To all I say welcome back to our study of this wonderful Bible Book of Jude.

Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text in this wonderful Book of Jude.
Jude 1:10-13 (KJV)
10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.
11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.
12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
In weeks prior I had written teachings taking us down to the 10th verse of Jude. Over the last two weeks I have been more or less reviewing and I hope brings an increased clarity for all to these Scriptures. We must examine every Scripture critically, not to criticize others’ views, but examine/meditate for the Holy Spirit to give us further revelation. We are in deep trouble spiritually when we say: “of yeah I know this Scripture, I know all about this”. This is pride on steroids, we will be learning the full content of Scripture down through eternity. What we know, is but the tiniest fraction of what there is to know. This true for any discipline (field of knowledge).
Looking back to verse five, Jude reminds us that God brought the Israelites out of Egypt only for them to perish in the desert due to unbelief. Egypt is a type of the kingdom of darkness and the deliverance is a type of salvation. Notice when they came out it was with silver and gold and there were none feeble among them. The same is very much available to us in the New Covenant. We have the natural blessing of Abraham and the spiritual blessing of being in Christ Jesus. Poverty and bad health are not in any way a part of the Kingdom of God. These things exist among the saints of God for the same reason the Israelites perished in the wilderness, unbelief. Of course, now, we have some very religious sounding theological explanations for these things in the lives of the saints.
A question that might arise concerning the 5th verse is as to whether these people went into Hell or the Bosom of Abraham awaiting the Messiah. According to Hebrews 11:6 it is impossible to please God without faith. Much of the Church is likewise in unbelief and therefore riddled with poverty and disease. Let me introduce one further factor into the equation for it is never faith alone, love of God and for people and self must be present. Our faith cannot be any stronger than our love walk. Remember the love we are talking of here, Bible love, God’s love in us is obedience to, submission to, the Scripture, direction of God. We are not talking about ooey gooey, emotional love of the flesh of the world but love which is of God. Love that is a part of our born again nature.

21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
Galatians 5:6 (KJV)
6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
Deuteronomy 28:1-2 (KJV)
1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.
I went a little long today but this is something we have got to get into our thinking, words, and doing. Lord willing, I will pick up right here next week. The Lord is good and He cannot lie!
