JUDE – PART THIRTY
Greetings dear and precious saints of God and partners with this Ministry to bring the Truth to those with ears to hear in our generation. My Ministry is primarily to the Church, pulpit and pew alike; however, I focus on leadership since that is a part of my calling, to come along side leaders. Some leaders will listen and allow me (God through me) to speak into their lives and others will not. It is not that I know so much, for I do not, but that is how God flows in and through me. Pre-believers reading this teaching are welcome and I invite you to change from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of the Son of God. To all I say welcome back to our study of this wonderful Bible Book of Jude.

Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text in this wonderful Book of Jude.
Jude 1:10-13 (KJV)
10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.
11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.
12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
I will now pick up where I left off last Saturday. As you will recall this Book is about what Jude calls “the common salvation”, faith, and the infiltration of evil into the Church. It has occurred to me that this Book is a lot like what I do in this blog (The Three Minute Word) and the books I write. Jude a servant of Jesus Christ then goes on to show the danger of this evil infiltrating the Church, body of Christ. It can lead over time to a turning away from or not even starting with the true gospel (Word of God) and thus not obtain the true salvation. The faith is the body of Truth imparted through Scripture start to finish that he earnestly implores them and us to contend for. To drive my points home let’s examine a very serious passage of Scripture that should drive us all to our knees and searching to be good Berean’s.
Matthew 7:21-23 (KJV)
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
This is not a stand-alone Scripture, think about the Ten Virgins. As we think back on this Book, we find that certain ones have crept in and that this would happen was foretold of all. This decay in purity is not only a spiritual law but a natural law as well, called entropy. According to one source entropy is a measure of the disorder of a system. Entropy also describes how much energy is not available to do work. I think you can readily see that the greater the corruption of the system the less energy is available for the purposes of the system, in this case the Kingdom of God. A further comment on Jude 1:4 is this; I do not believe that all of these people described in verse four are fully aware of the great error in which they walk and proclaim. Entropy (corruption of Truth) is epidemic in the Christian Church and in large part is responsible for the lack of the Power of God flowing inside and outside the Church building.
