WHAT ABOUT PROTONS

Welcome to Awake, Arise, and Triumph Ministries and our ongoing study of the Kingdom of God and repentance. We have found that this was the predominate message that Jesus preached and taught. Jesus thought it was important then and had it recorded then might we treat it as important as well. Of course, the whole Bible one way or another is instruction for Kingdom of God living. Let us now go to our anchor or golden Scripture the Lord led us to use for this series of teachings.
Matthew 6:33 (KJV)
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
As we look at this verse, I want to remind us once again that it is a command from the lips of the Savior to them and us, it is a timeless command. You may have heard me say that there are no physical manifestations that do not have a spiritual root or source. This includes the health of your body, your checkbook, even the existence of the universes. Look at our anchor verse closely and you will see the principle that all natural manifestations have a spiritual root. The “a” part of the verse is the spiritual aspect, and the “b” part of the verse is the physical manifestation. This is true for saint and sinner alike, in the positive or righteous direction and the negative or unrighteous direction. Spiritual Law is not just for the children of God.
A few weeks ago, as I was examining our text, I saw something I had not had light on previously. We are now going to focus in on the phrase “But seek ye first”. The word “first” in this text is transliterated from the Greek to English as prōton according to Strong’s Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary. The definition is firstly (in time, place, order, or importance), before, at the beginning, chiefly, (at, at the) first (of all), according to Strong’s Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary. As we have already discussed, the first does in fact mean to be first, it is to come before all else. It is before all else in time, place, order and importance. This kind of puts a fine point on our verse or makes it more emphatic (absolute, forceful).
You may also know that a proton is one of the three major parts of an atom. The three major parts or components of any atom are protons, neutrons, and electrons. The following the link and a quote from Wikipedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proton. Here is the quote: “One or more protons are present in the nucleus of every atom. They provide the attractive electrostatic central force which binds the atomic electrons. The number of protons in the nucleus is the defining property of an element…and consequently the chemical characteristics of the element”. Do you see the spiritual application here? The protons have first place in the atom and determine or define the nature of the element in the natural.
Our spiritual life and consequently our natural life is determined by the degree of our obedience to our anchor/golden verse. How many protons are in your nucleus? I trust you have not only found this interesting but informative to your life today and going forward.
TAKE HOME:
- Putting the Kingdom of God and His righteousness first in all things is a command not a suggestion or a desirable goal.
- The extent to which we put the Kingdom of God and His righteousness first defines us, our function, even our attractiveness to saint and sinner alike.
- Digesting and doing this, putting the Kingdom of God and His righteousness first takes significant renewal of the mind.
